What time do you people WAKE UP and GO TO BED? Is it healthier to sleep early and wake up early or it doesnt matter as long as you sleep for more than 8 hours?

I go to be bed at 9 PM and get up at 5 am. That works out to be eight hours of undisturbed sleep. After sleep my body is recharged to do that days' work. In the afternoon I take a nap for one hour.

Yes it is good for health to sleep earlier. But how could we arrange to sleep early. Some time it becomes difficult to sleep early unless and untill I take sleeping pills. I know that is not good habit, but I could not go to bed without pills. This causes to get up late. I dont know, hou shouuld I control it.

Yeah sleeping pills are bad You should see a doctor about it Maybe change your lifestyle? Do some vigorous exercise before you go to bed so youre all tired? Take it easy
