My husband has a birthday coming up, and I'm trying to figure out what to get him. He always picks out his own cologne(and alot of it I don't care for the smell of) and I would like to get him some for his birthday. So I'm asking all of you what is the best smelling men's cologne in your opinion? He usually gets a Stetson brand or Old Spice.

My husband wears Lacoste for men. It smell citrusy. It doesn't smell strong fragrance or overpowering, just light and refreshing, but it stays.

Not being strong is a plus. My husband sometimes gets a heavy hand with the cologne.

Oops, it's called Lacoste Booster. Sorry, I forgot to type the booster.

My pick would have to be Drakkar. My husband wears this and anytime I get near him it just gives me goose bumps. Gosh I love the smell of it. It is not over powering but the smell is like nothing else. It is very distingishable.

There are 2 votes for Drakkar so far. I'll have to check that one out.

This was an easy pick for me to say. The best I've ever smelled is Drakkar. It's not cheap but oh is it good. I love the scent of it. It's one I'd recommend for any man. You can't go wrong with it.

I love the way Halston C-14 smells. If a man is wearing it I'll follow him anywhere. It's Old School but not terribly expensive.

I prefer the "old school" colognes. Some of the new ones you can't tell if they are men's or women's.

For me the best smelling men’s cologne that I have ever smelled is Polo by Ralf Lauren and Burberry For Men. I love it! It has an amazing smell that is not too light nor too strong. Granted it is a bit expensive but for me it is well worth it! I know that he will not only appreciate it, but love it as well. Good Luck:)

I bought my husband Reaction by Kenneth Cole and I love it. It's kind of fruity but with a manly dullness to it. He actually likes wearing it which is cool. Mostly EVERYTHING I buy him he either doesn't wear or use. So I scored hightly on this purchase.

I love the smell of lacoste for men..and even if you don't like that, all the mentioned brands in this discussion I sell for the low price of only $100 for 1L.
