why we spend our live on getting the education?

Education takes long time to make or built a person. We start from primary level and spend our best part of life in getting the education. while their are many groups of people who do not care to get the education. they start their business or invest money and reach to happy life by short cut.The educated people seek employment with such rich people. which does not look like justification. It means. Getting the education is waistage of life. Do you agree with my this opinion?

We learn from what we do so, in a way our life is a education that we learn something everyday. Our knowledge grows everyday and for that we need a basic education and let that be for the fundation. After that what is the use of going for futher studies wasting money and time, better do what we like and what we can to have a life.

Formal education - school, college imparts one with tools to better face life. I know that a lot of people start working early on in life, but then as you mentioned is by starting or joining their own business/family business. Those who already have the money can invest, if one doesn't have money, then that person has to start earning it first. Not everyone is fortunate to have a lot of wealth or inheritance. Education provides a yardstick to the employer to judge your abilities, whether you will be useful to the employer or not. Even if born wealthy, I think the aim of every human should be to increase and improve upon what has been handed down as a result of others efforts. Proper education gears you up to do that, to live life, to face it and the challenges it confronts you with. So I am sorry, but I have to disagree with you.

I do agree because I once knew of someone who spent 8 years at university and then he was hit by a bus and he is a disabled person from the neck down and it was most certainly a waste of effort on his part....life is so silly at times, we must just stop pretending to be clever and just be the stupid animals that we are supposed to be!!
