skin is showing the signs of aging when you are stressful. how to combat stress? that is the question thtat is very hard to nswer. the health expert have suggested ways in fighting a stressful day. heres how: if you are thinking type: take time alone to regain control seek out quiet emotional support from trusted others engage in physical activity disengage from stressful situations resist pervasive inner fears if you are a feeling type: refocus on what is right, rather that what is wrong take time for fun and engage in relaxing activities reflect of meditate on your personal values and priorities talk things through with an uninvolved person have time alone for as long as needed your personality tells you how to best deal with stress.

That all sound good to me, stress can be a terrible thing and most times people around you just don't understand as I feel only the one in that body can truly understand, I like to lock myself away in my little house and do a lot of thinking and take control of myself as I am a very independent person, I feel I can do it and most times with a little time to reflect I come out of it ok, most times...

Thease are great ways to avoid stress.I try to live a stress free life but sometimes its hard.I try to relax whenever i can and not worry so much.Exercise is a great way to relieve stress.I've been exercising and feeling quite better.
