Management peoples not understandin the labors personal problem. Labors not understanding the management peoples officiel problem. A incedent I would like to share with you my friends... My VicePresident Mis. Archana, engaged to marriage so she arranged a meeting at office premise at the end of the shif hours, she is not understanding our problem of if they take more time to speak we have to miss the cab and we will be reach home at the midnight... she delayed to finish the meeting for 10 minutes... we missed the cab... labors only suffer from this... why management peoples not understanding us...
