Do we know everything?

Or have we forgotten the really important things like love and family values , putting someone elses interest before our own.Generally should we be less selfish in order to enjoy our lives more and become less stressed

As i have hit my mid 40s I am rappidly coming to the conclusion that I know nothing. I think it is part of intellectual maturity and spiritual enlightenment when you realise that you know nothing at all. All knowledge is an illusion. Certainty is a myth that allows us to make sense of our world, but is still a myth. blessed be
