if i step on one more piece of dog food i am going to scream..

Like I haven't screamed already..man does that hurt...especially in bare feet, usually I am hopping around like an idiot, like that will make it any better...there seems to be a trail of dog food from the kitchen to the living room..the very path I take to get my coffee...now I guess I could move the food.. like outside...just kidding...like I haven't dropped a few crumbs any time I have eaten....Where do you keep your dogs food or do you only feed them at certain times and pick up their bowls when they are finished?

We feed our dog and cat twice a day, and he never leaves any of his food on the floor (he's good at cleaning up after the cat as well). We feed them in the kitchen, since that is the easiest place to store the food, and the easiest floor to clean if the water bowl spills. I was already in the habit of feeding the cat twice a day when we got the dog, so it seemed natural to follow the same schedule for both of them. Also, both pets will eat until they are stuffed if they could, and would be very overweight if I just left food out for them all the time.

I monitor since I am at home all the time..That is good to keep a schedule...the area they seem to leave their little goodies is all tile, so clean up is easy....thank you..
