50,000?

Ok so I am a member of Tresaure Trooper, Inbox Dollars and Send Earnings. They all advertise that for every survey you complete you win an entry into the 50,000 sweeps? But for the life of me I can not figure out when the sweepstakes are held. Does anybody know?
