just got back from vacationing in florida and we had a blast!

So me, my man and my daughter all went to Florida for vacation, we left June 19th and got back June 27th we took my daughter there for her 4th birthday.
We visited Magic Kingdom and she got to meet Cinderella, Mickey and the rest of them...it was really an unbelievable moment because she thought they were the real ones from the movies LOL! It was sooo hot in florida and everywhere you went was crowded with tourists BUT it was the best vacation we ever went on.
We also took her to Epcot Center, Typhoon Lagoon & Disney's Mgm Studios if anyone has never been to any of these places I highly recommend all of them.
Its funny because if you asked my daughter would she rather go to Magic kingdom or go in the pool at our hotel she chose the pool everytime LOL dont worry I made sure she was lathered up in sunscreen although I wish I would of put more on myself because my face started peeling (ewww) so now im walking around with a red nose and peeling face:(
Everyone we met in Florida was poilite and friendly..I mean everyday we were meeting a new couple and their kids which made us have even more fun because the kids could all play together.
So we already started saving money for next years vacation to Florida, Im counting the days till we leave...a girl can get used to not cooking or cleaning for a whole week!Im glad you have took the time to read how my vacation went..Does anyone have any stories of the good times they had on vacation??? I would love to hear them

Well I don't have any vacation stories to really share but I live in Florida not too far from where you were. About a 35 min drive away. I just wanted to say I am glad you enjoyed visiting Florida. I lived here for 20 years now and I don't think I would ever live anywhere else. Hope you have fun next year too.

Oh I absolutely loved visiting Florida, everyone was soo nice.
I live in Jersey but we were looking into apartments and houses over there because its really beautiful... so we would love to move over there sometime soon.
The apartments and houses we were looking at were in Kissimmee and Orlando..they were very nice and alot cheaper. Do you know if those are good areas?
I could definitely see myself moving to Florida!

Well Kissimmee and Orlando aren't bad places to live, but those two locations are big tourist areas. If you are interested in moving to Florida and still want to stay near the attractions than I would look in surrounding areas that are near to Orlando but not tourist areas. There are a lot of nice places to live within an hour of Orlando that are very nice. Best of luck!

welcome back gorgeous24. glad to see you had a great time on your vacation. and i love the not cooking or cleaning, that is what i need a vacation from. i have not been on vacation in over 5 years. i am so due for a week off and thinking about nothing but me!

Girl me, you, melissa528, katesmama and heavensent all need to have a girls vacation LOL without any guys!
Lets just run away for a week (just make sure the kids got a babysitter) then we could live it up like were teenagers again :)

I'm glad you had a good time in Florida. My fiance and I are in Arizona right now. He lives here, and I'm visiting. I love it down here. It's a pretty cool place. We would like to get to see a friend of ours in Florida one day.

Im glad you are enjoying yourself in Arizona, I never been there but I would love to travel to all of the states and see what its like LOL

Meli we should definitely go next year WITHOUT the men (it would be so much better) Seriously you should start saving up now thats what im doing so we could go next year (IM SERIOUS) we could all go together...Kayla and Adriel would have so much fun.

Right on, thnks for sharing. We are planning a trip there within the next year, but we'll probably go when it's not quite so hot since we're baking from the heat where we are. So thanks for the reassurance that it will be a great place to vacation!

Yea I think next year were not gonna go around the time all kids get out of school because the lines were really long to get on the rides so I think were gonna go around September or October that way it wont be as packed with tourists.
Other than that your family will really enjoy visiting Florida...Im happy that your going there because I know how much fun I had so I know your in for a good time.
