Do you paying off credit cards each month?

We plan to pay our credit card balances each month. Sometimes we have a larger purchase which we will carry over for a few months, especially if they charge no interest for a year or so. But usually we keep them completely paid off. We like it that way. How about you?

my parents only use the credit card when they have to..they never use it on shopping and never use it for little things...they use it if they are getting something expensive eg; cooker, fridge. but they pay it off every month...i guess

We don't use ours for little things either. I see many people use theirs for eating out, buying gas or groceries, etc. Those little things really add up in a month and the bill can get way out of reach for paying off each month. By paying cash as we go, we don't over do it. But if the fridge breaks down, it has to be replaced. Then it is good to have a credit card to use.
