What is the most effective way to lose some weight?

What is the most effective way to lose weight? I tried reducing my food intake and it was effective but its kindah slow like in a gradual way and I want something that is drastic LOL so if any of you guys know anything please let me know, and oh I paired diet with exercise but sometimes I just cant do exercise because of my work and I get too lazy.............. :)

i've found the adkin's diet - no carbs - is the most efficient and quick way. i'm sure others will have their favorites, but that one is the only one that works for me. i'm on steroids all the time and weight loss is virtually impossible... except with that one.

No carbs hmmm im asian and one of our staple food is rice and rice is pure carbohydrates so I dont know if I can do it but I might try it for a week and we'll see... :) thanks

oh yeah, that would definitely be a problem! i LOVE rice... can you eat the brown rice or some other type that's not just the white stuff? that might help. and just cut down on it... you don't have to cut ALL carbs.. and ALL sugar... just make some different choices ... and cut down on 'em. good luck to you! :-D

Diet and exercise goes a long way if you try to do it as regularly as you can.

I have found that any drastic weight loss are very temperary~ steady and slow is the way to go. I would suggest you just continue to watch what you eat and exercise when you can.

According to me jogging and swimming are the best exercises to lose weight. I lost nearly 4-5 kgs by jogging everyday for 40 minutes

i would recommend you to buy some bike, or to go to a gym, cause there, you would have the chance of lose weight, and also, define your body! I bought a exercise machine , and also a bike and i practice every day! As soon as you start, better is 4 you
