What do you think about plastic surgery?

Would you ever have plastic surgery? If so, what would you change? I got into a bike accident when I was quite young and banged up my face pretty badly. I still have a big scar on my chin. Most people don't notice it, but some do and think it's dirt or a big birthmark, and I still do, and I'd like to get it fixed so that it's not so noticable. I've also wondered about getting my bum fixed. It's a little flat and broad, and I think it's very unattractive, so I wouldn't mind checking into getting that done. What about you?
