Have you ever gone out to the clubs to watch people?

Last night I got 'kidnapped' to accompany a friend out for a night on the town. I was tired, not dressed for the ocassion and not really into it, so I had a few watered down highballs and watched people. Some people are ridiculous when they're drunk. There were girls on the dance floor with no rhythm who were just trying to be blatantly sexy for the mens' benefit, but who looked ridiculous to me. There were fighting couples, one girl slapped her boyfriend in the face, turned around and then walked into a wall, and when her boyfriend started laughing, she smacked him again. Then she went and hit on some other guy who had obviously seen the entire thing and kept turning and trying to walk away from her. Others who were crying in the bathroom and who would come out later with mascara marks on their faces, and act like they weren't upset at all. I know I act silly when I'm drunk, but I usually only drink when I'm having people over for a fire in my backyard, at a friend's house or when I'm out camping. I wouldn't dream of acting like a buffoon in front of as many people as were on the streets last night. Have you ever found yourself in this situation?
