Computer hardware problem - code 12, not enough resources - NEED HELP!!

Hi I really help there's someone on here who can help me. I've got a HP Pavilion notebook running xp and a belkin wireless card and i'm having problems! Everything was working fine when a week ago, my wireless card stopped working. Eventually i found out from device manager it was because there wasn't enough free resources for it (code 12). I've tried the troubleshooting section and tried changing other resource settings, but to no avail! Re-installing the hardware, drives, disenabling / re-enabling it and even formatting my hard drive but to no avail! Do any of the computer experts on here have some other ideas as to what i could try? Massive thanks in advance for any help!
