Recently one of my friend, employed in a small organisation in middle management level in a nationalised company. One of his relative (uncle) was working with a Multinational group. And through the Uncle's help he got the job in that Multinational and also in a higher position. For that post thousands were called for interview and there were much efficient one also. But he got the job. He says the relation worked. Does it really work? Have you heard such instance.

I've heard it could work but it depends on the circumstances and the qualifications as well to get hired for that position. It would be a natural thought to do this but I would doubt that it is the only way people can get hired. It is something to really consider and think about though. If it is something you can do, then yeah. I just think a lot depends on the circumstances as I stated before.
