VH1 or MTV

It seems to me that Mtv has more shows then videos. Where Vh1 you see a lot more videos. I am starting to like vh1 better myself espically since they show more videos.

I used to watch MTV quite a bit back in the day. then they cut the rock content and started playing a lot more urban, hip hop, rap and pop. As if that wan't bad enough, it started becoming more about a political agenda then about music. I don't expect to turn on Cspan and see music, and I dont want to turn on Mtv and see politics, their musicians, in the words of one authoer, "just shut up and sing guys". then they started with all the reality shows, something else I detest. So I watched vh1 a bit, the music still isnt what I quite like but I guess it's better than nothing.

i find myself watching vh-1 more often nowadays.. they're starting to show more videos from my generation,and some of the shows on mtv anymore seem redundant and grating (the numerous reality type).

if you are like me and like all kinds of music both are great to watch.
