This is the most current affairs in my life that is happening to me. I have just got married in this January and now me and my hubby are relocated to California, originally my whole family is in India. I am missing everybody out there like anything and hoping for a day that comes when we will be going back our own family. Here nobody is so close to me and just being socially you are going to meet eachother, i am not actually thi skinda person. Relations mean a lot to me and now I am missing my dad and mom a lot!!!!!

I have always lived close to my family until I met my now husband. After we met I moved 10 hours away from my family. Yes, I missed them so much. I visited to often which caused strain on my relationship with my now husband. After he re upped-navy-we transferred to a base 5 hours away from my family. Now we live on Guam and my family is in Georgia. To be honest, I am gald I am not close. Perhaps because so much drama has been happening in my family since I have left is the reason. I love my family, but since I have become use to living far away, when and if we move homewards, the closest we will live is 2 hours away from them and no closer.

I do not live close to any of my family. I live 1000 miles from all of my family. But I do have one sister that lives in texas and that is 5 hours from me, so she is the closest to me.

In terms of geographical distance I am live very far from them but we are still very close. I stay here in city to earn good money for my family as I am the only financial support for them. Sometimes, I do feel very home sick but a very thought of my responsibilities gives me motivation to work hard and earn more for them. But, I think these distances do help to make our bound of love and affection stronger. I do miss them daily and that's why I work hard, so that I can purchase my own house here and live happily together with my mom, grandma and younger brother.

We've moved around a few times since we moved out of our parents houses. At one point we lived about 500 miles away. We got home sick and moved back to our home town. We bought this house a few months ago..we are about 4 miles from my parents and about 8 miles from his parents. We don't feel smothered at all. His parents travel in their motorhome alot so we don't see them alot. My parents like get together every so often to see the grandkids and stuff, but they don't stop all the time or anything like that. my sister lives about 20 miles away, so we dont see them very often. My husbands brother lives about 10 hrs away, down in north carolina, his other brother still lives with his parents.
