Premium Memberships on PTC/PTR sites?

Does anyone have a premium memberships on any ptc/ptr site, such as clicksense, ect? I was wondering if you really make more by become a premium member of such sites, are what they pay higher per click?

I don't have any premium or upgrade memberships on any online earning site, because I think most of the site will become spam and you will never know when it does..

Good point, a lot of the content does seem to repeat over many sites.
