In fitness center, what form of exercise you take?

I like to do mostly the elliptical trainer. I do the ones with the arms like cross country skiing on some days, and the ones that are more like stair climbing the others. It's a great, fast way to burn calories. Our gym has a few machines with personal TVs on them hooked up to cable so that we can watch whatever shows we want. Other than that, I like to do weight training and sometimes I do some cycling, too.
