How many of us are on anti-anxiety/anti-depressnat medications??

I agree with you on this i am on effexor too. I probably will be on it for the rest of my life too because when i have tried getting off of an antidepressant i cannot really function. i could not sleep my heart would race and i would worry about things i could not control, i could not get out of bed and i was an emotional mess. since i have been on effexor i am able to live normally. can i ask how it has changed your life for the better, i was wondering if similiar experiences to me? thanks
