How to live with unavoidable circumstances

Would it be better to get in a group if in the first place there is something you didnt like about them? I don't like chnaging people i don't know, because it is hard to do, and I believe it is they who should chnage themselves. When it is unavoidable to live with somebody, say, in work, would you take time understanding them to keep the job you don't really like but is needed, or would you just fly away and leave at an instant? weighing priorities, my priority is to survive at the moment.

Well unfortunately we have lot of differences and we can't just say that I don't want to work because we don;t like that person or what... If we think we are doing the right thing then we know how to handle things better. Remember that we don't own this world and a lot of people are living in here so be patient enough to deal with them. If you don't feel it good then just keep yourself busy with your work. Socializing is also needed...
