How do yo maintain your figures?

I'm not that healthy(fat) but my husband is telling me I am getting bigger sideways, I would like to start aerobics but I was operated CS last December, do you think it's ok. I'm not bothered though with my figure, its just that I would like to do something I will enjoy and to keep me fit...

I love yoga and all the wonderful ways it keeps me in tune with my body. It is one of the best things I do for myself. While many people do not believe it is (or can be) an aerobic exercise, let me tell you that it absolutely can be with the right instructor. But one of the biggest benefits is how it can help lower your chance of injury during other aerobic activity.

even if you're gaining extra weight, try not changing the size of your shirts or your pants! i don't remember who actually advised me of that before,but i find it effective. never i recommend aerobics to those who waant to maintain their figures
