is health a wealth in economics?

Health is not wealth in economics....

If you were the richest man in this world but was suffering from incurable disease then your wealth would not have served you for anything. That's why we say that's why we say one's health is one's greatest wealth......

i supposed to its wrong because no one can not say health is not wealth in economics. do not consider the economics generally think one can gain his/her economy when he/she supposed to have a good health otherwise they can not make surplus! actually health is credit for human being! if one having a good health he can achieve more part in his desires or wonders!so for my view it should be the first part in wealth economics! do you agree!
