What favourite breed of cat do you like?

Persians are my favorites. I like both the longhaired ones and the shorthaired (Exotics) ones. Until recently I showed and bred both kinds. I still have 17 of them living with me (only 2 of them are short haired -- 1 is a long haired exotic though). Persians are not only beautiful, they also have wonderful laid back personalities.
All 3 of the breeds you like have Persian blood in them by the way.:-) The Chinchillas are just a color of persians and Persians are one of the cats used to develop the Ragdoll breed (my 2nd favorite breed by the way). Persians can still be bred with exotics even now.

Yes i love these breed of cats. My new little kitten who is a ragdoll, he has such a beautiful nature and calls out for me when he can't find me which is so cute. I did buy him for my little girl, but he's turning out to be my cat! lol. I wouldn't mind getting into breeding, but that wouldn't be until way down the track.

My mom had a Ragdoll and she was the most mellow cat I've ever seen. I've always loved the oriental breeds when I was younger. They were always ready to play and run around. All of my cats were good hunters, too. Some of the cats were too active, though. I am too allergic to keep cats anymore and had to give them all away a long time ago. But, I used to own mostly Siamese and Siamese crosses with tabbies and Birmans.

I love mixed breed kitties, or as my Grandpa and I would call them Heinzists. :) . My little feral babies are all Heinzists. - DNatureofDTrain
