My BF keeps getting boils..

My bf Austin works at an 18 wheeler mechanic shop and gets really greasy and covered in everything diesel when he comes home, he always takes a bath and soaks. But recently he's been getting the boils all over ever since he started the job and it is disgusting!He's never had them before ever and I never knew what they were until he started getting them.I mean he's getting them everywhere from his.."special area" to his arms and legs just one huge one at time in once place..and sometimes they get so bad he can't walk and that means he cant work. I have no idea what's causing this or how to make them go away or how to prevent it or anything...does ANYONE have any advice??
