morning exercise

How many mylotters run,push up.... at 6:30AM in/outside your house? For myself, I always jogging 3 km and push up 100 times at every morning.

Hi there. I workout every morning at 7:00am in my garage, i have a boxing bag that I kick and punch out for 35-45 minutes, as well 3 out of 5 days a week I go walking along the beach... I enjoy my routine of working out... I couldnt go a day without either lol... Keeps me sane and focused...

I couldn't do that at 10 in the morning, so 6:30 is definitely out for me as well, lol! I keep telling myself I will start an exercise programme, but it seems all I'm doing is exercising my imagination!

i am not so much into exercise, i have a baby and cant just leave her and jog outside. just do some stretching,anyway, playing with your kid is like having an aerobic, just imagine how hyperactive they are, i go around the house following her, and if its not enough, we go out and walk to the nearest convenience store, we do that twice a day, every morning, and just before sunset, around 5pm. i guess that's exercise for me.
