Lucid Interval

While I was joking with my friend I happened to say he is having a Lucid Interval. This is why I'm posting this. Most people say when one person is doing crazy thing they said you're having a lucid intervals, like a moment of craziness. But I don't mean about the medical meaning of the word. I'm refering to the colloquial connotation of lucid interval. Would you agree that each individual is sometimes having their moment of lucid intervals?
