but it seems, his family is not doing anything to bring him to a drug rehabilitation. i really do not know why they still give him money. actually he is 50 years old, jobless, his wife and children left him, he live alone.he is so irresponsible.he killed his grandfather's cousin years ago, the case was dismissed because his sister paid the family of the victim, so they withdrawed the case. now he is bugging his family, he is using drugs, and for god sake, he is wanting money from his sister to pay for drugs, what the heck! i think they are partly to be blame, because allowed it to happen. what do you think?

Yes, it is partly their fault...but he would have done it anyway. It would have happened, just not as easily. They should stop giving him money and let him beg if sapping the life out of them is all he likes to do.

Well the only one that can help him is himself. If he is not willing to clean up his habit then its unlikely to go away any time soon. The family should stop giving him money altogether as its feeding his habit. It seems he has gone through a lot in his life and maybe just needs someone to sit down with and talk, and push him in the right direction. I don't know who as he is going on 50 so not sure if he is willing to talk to anyone. Suggesting help might be a start, providing him with information of clinics he can go to and so forth, but the decision would be his in the end. Sorry to hear about that. I don't know what else to say!
