Which one is better is it individual house or flats.

People living in the city are very fast. So people living in the city like to buy a new house in and around the city. I want to know whether a own house (seperate) or flats is better.

It depends where one wants to live. If a person wants to be in downtown, then one should go for apartment, because one can save money on investment and cost will be cheaper. If one lives in a countryside, one should go for independent villa. It is always better to buy an independent house, because one can dig for 2000 ft below for any reason.
