Can you guys tell me something! I know it sounds so stupid but it might be true. when you rate someone, do you rate by looking at their picture or their comments? lolz... sorry to being so stupid here but for some guys might be right.

I rate them according to their response. If its relevant then they usually get a plus from me. If it's not then I don't rate it at all. I have only given out one negative rating once for name calling.
