do u pray before sleep??

I do, every night! I have started my children also on this ritual of praying before bed..we usually say the “now I lay me” prayer together and then after they are asleep, I take out my prayer book and begin to pray to St. Jude. I am a strong believer in prayer, I feel that if I didn’t pray every night, I wouldn’t be able to continue to keep the faith I have that tomorrow will be a brighter day… You have a good night
