Change of Photograph.

I have been experiment with this, that is why if you go to my profile I have a green photo, and when I make a dicussion, you see my actually picture. I was trying to change my picture ended up, screwing something up, I get my Computer friend to help me I have had about 5 pictures here. I am not good with computer to do this. maybe someone can help you here.
