What is Family

I think a family is a group of people where we feel free to share our problems, solve theirs and respect others ideas where every person has his individual place and we are bind together with other peoples , even if we want to get a part from them we cant, coz we are bind by feelings emotions etc.

So nice of you to give importance to family. Nice discussions. Here is what a family for me.
No one is ever born into Life alone. Everyone has shared the bond of family, at least at birth, and for many people it is a bond that will follow them throughout life. For many people it is the most important bond of all.
I also would like to share a poem about family.
Family Ties
Family Ties Are precious things
Woven through the years,
of laughter, love and tears.
Family ties are cherished things
forged in childhood days,
by love of parents deep and true,
by tradition, by family ways.

ya u have it correct but my defination will say dat a family is something which teaches us abt compromises. with family v learn how to let go of wat v like just coz someone else doesnt. family is something which v can rely on at times of need adn know v can rest wid dem around when d whole world turns against u
