Is there already man or saints in Heaven?

To those Christians. Do you believe that there is already man or saints in Heaven? What's your comment about it?

I believe in the spirit of the person of all living things that the spirit lives from and with a source and the Peace of GOD passes all human understanding and when you reach the final goal you'll know and see the heart of GOD in the center where you want to be for eternity.

Yes I believed every persons has spirits. But I belive not all human has understanding about GOD even His creation. Because many people worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator.
