I think the movie was darn near perfect. It was intense, the story line was hooking, and hilarious. I think the speacil affects were the best I have ever seen. I think this movie gets a 5/5, I want to see it again.

i totally agree with you. this is one of the best movies ever. the effects and storyline were fantastic but the humor was an especially surprising treat. and to think that they made this movie for only $150 million. that's half the price it took to make pirates 3

I totally agree, I personally hate pirates, and the pirates movies. They must have been really efficient in their budget.

i was told that the secret to the small budget was simple. they hired actors who didn't cost much. if you noticed the cast weren't ultra popular stars. the director michael bay is also a freaking multi tasker who shot so many scenes in one day so they finished the movie fast

Yes i completely agree with you. It was near perfect. no boring scene whatsoever and the story was entertaining. Before watching the movie, there were many review of low marking for transformers. Good thing I still watch the movie because of Josh Duhamel ( Las Vegas) :-)

I loved that scene when the power went out, and his parents went into his room... LMAO. Best thing ever.

I think that they did a good job of converting a cartoon about robots into a live action movie about robots. It would have been nearly impossible (not to mention uninteresting) to keep the movie centered totally around the Transformers, so I liked the way that they brought in so much human interaction. I'm sure there are a lot of people who would complain about that very fact, but if you think about it, it makes a lot of sense. Otherwise, it would have just been one big CGI fest, and then what's the point of having it as "live action"? :)

I thought it was fairly good. The story was interesting enough until the middle of the movie. It felt tiresome through all the government BS and whatnot, but after that it was alright again. I can't recall any hardcore action sequences. They should have had a huge brawl with all the autobots/decepticons but the action and special effects that were there were worth seeing anyways. The ending was ok but again I thought the end action was quite lame. Megatron and Prime barely even fight before the former is defeated. There is definitely a lot to criticize, but all in all I had fun. It is a good theater experience.

I was waiting so much for this movie. I've learn 1 year ago that the movie was coming out. The movie was has good as I expected. Optimus Prime was so great and still my favorite with Bumble Bee. The only thing I hated is that we see that GM as something to do with the movie. In the cartoon Bumble bee is a Beetle, not a Camaro. But still, I just liked him :)

It was an excellent movie. I saw it & Fantastic 4 this weekend. My girlfriend didn't want to see them especially Transformers. She liked it more than Fantastic 4.

I hear a lot of people raving about this movie. They say it is a wonderful movie and so my interest is piqued, I too want to see it. Just this lunchtime, an officemate was talking about how this movie was wonderfully made that those of us, there were three of us, who have not seen the movie have decided to go see it tonight, hahahhaha..........
