hello navinshan :-). i work in an online job site so i know that applying online is different with sending application personally. contrary to popular belief, competition is even stiffer with online application. here are a few tips: first you always need to update your resume. this is because recently updated resumes or accounts are put on top of the list so employers have a better chance of viewing your resdumes. uploading a picture is important. of course, it is important that your contact information is correct. and finally, consider the keywords that you put in your resume. employers search for applicants based on the skills that they want the applicants to posses. they do this by using keywords in searching. for example if they want a computer programmer, they may use thw words linux, cobol or java in searching, if your resume contains these keywords, then there is a better chance for you to be interviewed and hired. good luck on your job hunting.

I do not think that there is an easier way to do this at all. That is all you can do for now and just wait until someone finds an opening and calls you up for an interview. Good luck with that by the way.
