I work two jobs right now. I work at a hotel and a storage facility. In a way they are similar jobs, I work at the front desk/office in both. Do you like your job? Does it pay well? I like both of my jobs, but there is little benefits, and low pay, which isn't cool.

Disvachic-Thats a wonderful job, and great plans for the future! Doing something you love is always good, because if you do something you love, then you'll never have to "work" another day.

Arcidy-Thats cool only working 3 days a week! (I'd love it!) Right now I'm working 6-7 days a week, and I'd probably be working more if there was more days to a week. lol

I work as an editor/admin assistant as a full time job. I do like it quite a bit, but it doesn't pay quite as well as I wish it did. Unfortunately, the cost of living here is pretty high, which means that right now, I don't quite make enough money. I do a lot of online freelance work to try to make up the difference.

I'm in the exact same boat. Cost of living here is so high. Buisness's are still price gouging from after Katrina. Not as bad, but still not good.

I also work two jobs. One is actually a clock-in and Monday through Friday workweek kind of job, the other is as a staff writer for a web site that covers American Football. THe first job, the Monday to Friday, is as a Legal Assistant for a Subpoena Service/Records Copy service. That job is actually pretty cool; I work with legal professionals in an office and in legal libraries across San Francisco. I like it fine; it's not great but it's not terrible either. They pay me pretty well considering I had no previous legal experience before I took the job, too. The second job is much more fun. I cover a team in the NFL and get to write stories about them for a website. I also love this job because there is no set schedule during the offseason, so I write articles when I want to, and turn them in, with weekly e-mails and meetings just to keep track of everything.

Those jobs do sound fun. How did you get into the legal field? I bet the American Football job is a blast!
