I have to tell everybody about this. I just had one of the best prok tenderloins ever and I do not have an exact reipe but I can give you the jist. You take Dijon mustard and peach perserve and mix a little of each together to make a marinade. Marinate for at least 2 hours maybe more and then cook as you normally would a pork ternderloin. then toward the end like the last 20 minutes put some more of the marinade on the meat and finish cooking. I can not tell you how good this is you will just have to try it. I also do not know where the recipe came from so sorry.
