prediction on erap case

It is quite hard to predict the case of Erap because this is a politically-colored case all the way from the very beginning. Now, the government of GMA is in a catch 22: meaning whatever is the decision of the court, it will be on the losing side. If Erap will win the case, it would mean that ousting him was wrong and got no basis at all, this will strike the foundation of the Glorian presidency. If he will be guilty, there is a great possibility for chaos.
I will not predict what will be the decision.

I am not a lawyer and the case of plunder is immaterial to me. Plunder as i understand is a huge sum of money from the government taken away or misuse by the person. But hueteng money is not any governments money. I dont know, maybe some administrative case but not plunder.

I agree with you that at the very beginning, it is politically colored to legalize her power grabbing. It would have been better if she waited until the impeachment was over. If the decision is either pro or against erap, GMA will have trouble.
