i want to archive file. CD or DVD?

Recently i notice that a lot of archive file in my computer. i have to archive as soon as possible or my harddisk will full very soon. Which media should i buy? is CD better or DVD better? please give your opinion. thank you http://transformerthemovietrailer.blogmas.com/

DVD writer is much better than CD Writer you can write from 4.7GB to 9GB or even 18GB per DVD double layer double sided dual disc try to get DVD Burner it keeps worth.

I believe DVD is better than CD, since you can store a lot of data in a single DVD, which should be easire for us to store and transfer. Also the DVD costs are cheaper nowadays and so there should be nothing that stops you to use DVD instead of CD.

Well it depend by how data you must save and in which mode you want create you archive. For example i have my backup file in dvd and my photos holiday in cd, in each cd there are photo of specific travel
