What has hapened to Katz.ws?

Does anyone here ever heard about the site katz.ws? Basically it gives links to download content on the net. But since last week the their server looks to be down or something. Anybody can explain?

you know the site katz.ws is probably down.....coz this link is band by the goverment of technology
