Do you believe in brain drain

Dear Dbhattji, I do not think, brain drain is a problem for India. There are lot of brainy staff stays in India and do good to the country as a whole. I do noy like my children going abroad and study. I myself got an employment in GULF country what I was young. I did not go because I do not like earn for my living in other country. My motherland is good for all time. Moreover, now a day, lot of youths do not wish to go to foreign country because here in India, brainy youths are offered good salary and perks. In future, I do not think much brain drain will take place in from India.

Well I will let my children go whereever the opportunities are and where ever they will be happier let it be India, US, UK, China or anywhere else. I don't care about the brain drain.

I think MNCs are getting attracted towards our country also. and we should see opturnities here also. kehten hai dundo to bhagwan milta hai it is merely a job. which you will get only on the basis of your talent. don't rush towards other countries india also have oppurtunities to work!!!!!!!!!

As a international students, I think that is a common phenomonon at this moment! That is good for children get some advanced education, it maybe help them to be aware more about their identity, culture, value. That is not really brain drain according to my opinion! just another to educate your kids!
