Age gap

Is it alright if the wife is older than the husband? WIll it cause the marriage to be short-lived?

I am 6 years older than my husband and I don't think it will cause a short-lived to our marriage...In fact we're 15 years together with 3 children and still love each other.

I am happy to hear that you have a great marriage and family live despite the fact that you are 6yrs older than your husband. Hopefully I will be as lucky as you. This is my second marriage and my husband is older than me by 4 yrs.

If wife is older than her husband it never go wrong in any part as long as they love each other. according to me love should begin after marriage.Understandig each other and leading a life with compromising each prolong every married life. we know that sachin tendulkar married aan elder women................NOTHING MAKES THE DIFFERENCE ONLY OUR THINKING DIFFERS ALLTHE BEST.

I am almost 2 years older than my husband and it has never even come up. I think it will only be a problem if you let it be one. I am also about 3 inches taller then he is and that has never been a problem either.

I dont believe its the age. I feel it has to do with honesty, trust, love, and faithfulness. If you have that then you shouldnt have anything to worry about.
