Where is the decency?

Katherine Hepburn once said that decency is trying to do your share, add to the world, help your friends and create something great. A few days ago, my husband trusted his previous business partner to acquire visa in the United States for a business trip. The group were able to acquire their visas joined my husband in his meetings with his American partner. My husband returned here to the Philippines on the specific date given to him. You know what happened? Those 2 so called people extended their stay and is now working in that country to earn enough to have their papers legalized and stay in the United States for good. My husband and I trusted those 2 people and yet they betrayed that trust. They didn't even have the decency to be honest of their plans with us. Where is the decency in that? Why are there people who are so selfish, I can't even describe the words to describe those 2 people are or should I consider them people? Is there a legal action I can take to have them deported?
