Have you ever been so tired that you feel like you are drunk? I am so tired right now that I feel like I am about to pass out any minute. I am too tired to fall asleep, and too tired to stay up. I really do not know what to do. hmmm.

Sometimes it is due to a fall in blood sugar. Now I think it was just a case of overdoing things. It does feel a bit like low blood sugar

Well, if you are Diabetic like me, that can add a lot too it, and a lot of it could be where your Glucose levels are at, and also depends on what you might have aten, or done for the day. I notice this a lot more the days that my Blood sugar is all over the place, or the days that my anemia is more out of control due to lack of Iron, etc. But if this is something that is persisting, you might want to consider seeing your Doctor and getting something for this. Another thing you need to remember sometimes it is better to try and get some Sleep then to fight it as it could be dangerous in the long run to fight this.

Yes, in December I had to go to London (for the Eragon premiere) and I took the airplane at 4:00 o'clock when it was night from Iceland and when I finally got to London I walked the whole oxford street and back, went to the premiere and to the after-party and then I got to my hotel at about 2:00 the next night I felt really weird. I was awake for 22 hours which to me is a lot.

Sounds like a really busy day and night. The last time I was up that long I was graduating from High School. I was in a daze for days afterwards. From lack of sleep.

I felt like that last night. I was so tired that I felt dizzy and naseous, but I couldn't settle down enough to fall asleep in a long while. It's very annoying, so it's good that it doesn't happen very often.
