Who among you has some tricks to Bypass the Download Limit of Rapidshare?

The problem of downloading large files (especially movie files) in Rapidshare is a common problem now for those without premium account. I'm calling on the experts to come and share your knowledge about this. Currently i got one trick which really works, that is using proxies and CMSGrabber program. But this method can not be used by those who got little knowledge on how to get working proxies aside from the fact that they are afraid to use programs like this fearing it might give some problems on their computers.
