What did you think? I thought it was a lot darker than the previous entries, but I guess that's to be expected considering the nature of the book and the story and where it's headed. It was such an awesome atmosphere. People were cheering when it was over! I got off work yesterday at 2 PM so I could go line up and get good seats, and believe me, the lines were packed at 5 PM. We watched 'Prisoner of Azkaban' and 'Goblet of Fire' in line on my laptop before the movie, and before we knew it there was a large group of people crowded around my laptop watching with us. What did you think of the movie if you've already seen it? I don't want to spoil it for anyone (even if you already know if you've read the book) but it i still fun to see the movie for yourself. Please try to be considerate of others and not leave spoilers. This one is probably my second favorite movie; I still enjoyed Goblet of Fire a little more even though the book and the movie were very different in many ways.

I have yet to see the movie but was tempted to go see it today with my girls but I had no one to watch the baby. I figured it would be dark. You are certainly right about the Goblet of Fire and the book being different. I just felt so rushed in that movie.

"Goblet of Fire" definitely was rushed. I can say that there are moments in this movie that seem to be rushed, too. I mean, I guess it's bound to happen with the length of the last books and having to translate them into movies, but I still wish there was more done with "GoF." I already can't wait for "Half-Blood Prince". Only 1 1/2 years until that hits the theaters... lol. Thanks for your response!

I went last friday, the actors delivered their lines perfectly. But still, they left out a lot of material that was in the book, and the final fight at the ministry was SO short. I think it would be solved if the movie was 1 hour longer.

I just saw it about 2 hours ago. I thought it was amazing even though they left some stuff out that I would've loved to watch. I don't want to ruin it for others so I'll leave it here.. But the graphics were absolutely amazing! Especially the part with the twins. :)

My two best friends, my brother, and my mom (she's a HP fan too) all attended the midnight premier the other day! My friends and I were dressed up and even though we had gotten our tickets weeks in advance, we were still waiting on line before 10 pm in order to get good seats. There were already a ton of people lined up ahead of us when we got there at 9:30. I enjoyed the movie a lot, even though there were some disappointing parts as always (plus they entirely deleted Quidditch...) The most moving scene though, was when Sirius tells Harry they'll be a proper family when things are all over. It was almost impossible to keep from crying over that, knowing what was coming (Sirius is one of my favorite characters...)
