I need to Make Money

Ok....I need to make $30 in one week. I am only 13 so I am not old enough to get a job, but i was thinking about learning PHP but I dont think I could learn it and get a job that pays $30 in one week. The reason I need money is because I lost a bet...Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
