Mercruiser 4.2 d-tronic

While running the engine the left control light (with a hook) of the Mercruiser panel is instandly blinking. We think it might be a wiring problem because the engine is running smoothly. But the voltage of the injection pump is dropping to 2.6 Volts.
Who can help me to solve this problem
