Would you love to be a call center agent? Here in the philippines, after peopl graduate, probably 50% of those graduates will be employed as call center agents. It says a lot about Filipinos, their personality and their good grasp of the English language. But if you had a choice, would you like to try being a call center agent? Or if you are already working in a call center, would you love to work there for a very long time?

I worked in a call center for 2 years and 2 months. What made me last that long, aside from the salary, was the work environment, the people i work with, and the perks of the job. I quit because I felt I wasn't going anywhere, except take calls day in day out. There's too much office politics involved and there's too much stress and competition. I do miss the job though, but im much more happier and relaxed with my new job.

I currently work in a call center but I don't live in the Philippines. Working in a call centre here isn't really considered a good job and is usually a stepping stone to something else.

I work in a call center. I have been one for 2 yrs now. I like working there because of my colleagues. But if i had a choice, i wouldn't be in there. The only reason i am one right now is to save money and put up a business. Because in the philippines, call centers are one of the highest paying jobs. Ity is fn but your time is the one being paid. I cant enjoy the holidays and cant choose the rest days i want.
